Creating a little workout space definitely helped keep me motivated. It’s space enough for a yoga mat, little weights and resistance bands. It’s definitely made a difference, and helped motivate me to keep my room clean as well, because it’s my bedroom that is the workout space as well. I’m still working on asking for what I want… also trying to figure out what I want!
Loved this video!!! You are so uplifting!! My daily goal that I am trying to incorporate is drinking my 5x water bottles a day. I know that it seems simple but it's not necessarily so that is my daily goal right now!! I put elastic bands on my water bottle and as I drink one, I take it off so I know how many more I have to go! So fulfilling taking off those bands!! Great video Katie!!! – @_saragetsfit_lsf
Daily goal- get at least 100 oz. to a gallon everyday and log the food I intake. ❤️

Also, I'm sure you've done a video on this at some point but could you do a video on benefits of water, even though I'm sure we know most of them and how to figure out how much to drink? I drink 96-128oz in the summer its hot and barely any in winter (I know l know lol)
