Just curious, what makes these bands different than any other bands I can buy?
I've been incorporating bands into my workout regiments for the last 2 years and I've gotten a lot stronger. People have been sleeping on band resistance. It's killer. @Mike Rashid, thanks for bringing this to light. People used to laugh until I showed them how much stronger I got with bands. Peace.
