Stop talking stupid about not working out on an empty stomach, how about you do your research because I run 7 miles every day on an empty stomach and I am shredded it’s called stop being a stupid ass and read a fucking book the body will burn off of your fat same thing with people that do intermitting fasting and they go work out so stop talking the bullshit

Thank you Joanna! As an detrain athlete, that has been reduced to yoga, weights, H.I.I.T/ jit jitsu, and taekowndo who has a father hindering my pre, and post workout nutrition. I have pre workout nights, that eat more protein, and carbs at dinner. I also have post workout days after I workout, that I tend to eat more protein, than carbs. I'm currently doing an excerise first diet, that I eat after I workout, and my pre workouts is dinner from the night before. I tend to eat more then.
