Hey guys! This is the results of my intermittent fasting attempt after 1 week and 10 days! I’ve shared some of my tips from what i’ve learnt from my experience and also articles that i’ve read.

I’ve talked about the benefits of intermittent fasting, how to do it, my results, my personal tips and who shouldn’t do it!

I find that the result is more prominent after 7 days. It’s because my body is more efficient in burning fat at that point.

I hope you find this useful. It was good for me because i love to binge so intermittent fasting helps me with binging. I stopped fasting for 5 days and now i’m back on it. I have another what i eat in a week video coming up this weekend so do check that out too!

I've started my Intermittent fasting and in less than a week I've lost about 4KG. I eat once a day…I'm in day 4 now. It's truly not easy but I pray I hold on through 🙏🙏. Please I need all the support from you all now 🙏🙏 and NO I didn't loose my period, I'm on it now.

lil bit late…5 years later but i am going to try this. In this Covid Season i packed on the pounds and my body is fighting back so i need to get back to where i was and maybe better.

hello everyone. i'm from Philippines, i am 16 years old i knoww some of people talks that intermittent fastening is not suitable for 18 below but for me it's suitable. I'm doing intermittent fastening in 3 weeks and lost 7kilos because 5-6 times a week i do cardio in the morning and abs workout on the afternoon, felt nothing but hungry. in first maybe some of u gets a headache but it's normal. so keep up guys! let's go get the best shape of our lives!

It actually worked it took 12 days to loose 4 kg but i wasn't taking sugar.

i do 18-6 intermittent i put 6 hrs of window to eat b4 i go to sleep, cause i cant sleep hungry, i lose 1 kg every 2 days.

Can I excercise in my fasting period??? And if I do when should I do it if my eating window is 1pm to 9 pm?

Before all this fasting thing. I already did this 🤣 this is just how I eat. I’ll have my dinner at 8pm and I don’t eat breakfast because I can’t take it. My stomach can’t take food early in the morning so I eat lunch around 12nn. I never gained sooooo much weight and I am so lean even if I eat like a pig. Just like her I am addicted to tea ever since I was 18 😬

This fasting thing just let me lost 5kg in one week from 62 to 57 kilos ,I just followed the 16:8 ratio on fasting an feasting, I can sleep deeper I can think clearer I can move lighter and it actually turned me into a super saiayan.

At 52 with too many autoimmune disorders. I started after much research. My main reason is to stop the flood of insulin. I have lost some weight, most important my glucose number are down, I hope to see my next glucose blood test to see where my diabetes is more or less in control. Loved the video!

I also did intermediate fasting and lost weight but today I ate a lot because I was late to break my fast and ate so much that I got fat back 😂 but intermediate fasting is good I am not gonna give up n gonna get my body back 💪💜

Oh God, in Islam, we fast everyday for one month from dusk til dawn. Guess Islam got ahead of time. I mean, we've been doing it for over centuries, and intermittent fasting is trending only now

What I do is I have one day out of the week that I don't eat, I'll just have water and tea or if Im feeling really famished I'll have some organic vegetable broth. And then the rest of the week I plan my meals out to be more on the lean and healthy side and I don't eat after 8:00 p.m. and I've had wonderful results. I do eat mostly vegan, with the occasional seafood from time to time and do light workouts. I went from being 160lbs to 149lbs in 7 weeks! I think the most important thing about intermittent fasting is that you create a routine and schedule that works for you, in my opinion that's how you can ensure consistency and get the best results. So happy that I found this way of eating and I plan on doing this for the rest of my life. 🙌🏾

Been doing IF 20/4 + Mrlondons FUPA BE GONE challenge. Though I’m sure it’s water weight, I’ve gone from 154 lbs to 148 in just 5 days. IF got easier for me on day 3 and I’ve been drinking water w/ himalayan salt for electrolytes and to curb hunger. I’m less puffy/bloaty looking so I’m feeling pretty good!

I was 135 lbs pre-covid and now my goal is to reach near that same weight. Wish me luck!

I do 20/4 method.. but do we actually need to feel hunger for this fasting to work?
because to be honest, I don't feel hunger at all..
is it good or bad?
