Lovely Video! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about – Liamwaan Soothing Enlightenment (do a search on google)? It is a good exclusive guide for wiping out back pain and sciatica in 3 minutes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got astronomical success with it.
Will definitely give this a try. I have been struggling with tightness in my abdominals, back, ribs, neck and shoulders. How do you know which is the chicken or the egg? How do I know if I am treating the "origin"?

OMG!!! I have been all around the houses, tried everything to release the tight knot by the QL area leading to the glutes and nothing has worked as well as your tip for foam rolling the abs. Do you have anything on mending Scoliosis? Many Thanks for posting this!

Okay, I understand that opening up is what has to happen in the first place. But doesnt it mean, since lower back is overworking, that abs or probably other muscles are under working? And if they are not working properly, doesn't strengthening them help it?
I've got a LOT of spinal problems and I started massaging my stomach after I'd done my yoga and it's making a difference. I've searched for videos on how to release your stomach muscles for years and that's your video jyst popping up in 2019!.i have a coregous ball and wasn't sure what to do with it, now I know, thanks guys!
