No, Thank You coach for getting us back in shape again. Keep up the good work…the 20 minute cardio workout you put up a few days ago is quite something…how often do you think I should do it in a week coz I've been doing the 10 minute workouts for a couple of months. Wouldn't wanna do more harm than good by burning myself out?!
Coach!…I have been in Martial Arts for nearly 4 years now. I use to be a hockey player when I was in my college days and I use to be pretty flexible. What do you recommend I do for stretching to help with my kicks and overall flexibility? My inner and outer hips are very tight and even when I am warmed up they still barely give way. Thanks for any help. Your videos are awesome.

@MrSupastar83 Thank you sooo much for all of your support. The best thing is to listen to your body. If you start to feel run down, fatigued, or if you are not recovering fully then it is a good time to pull back. But as long as you keep feeling motivated and like you're improving then keep pushing yourself 🙂

I love you coach! I am a 12 year old kid who has some fat 5 lbs. overweight. I am currently doing your 30 day workout routine. I plan on moving up to the 90 day challenge.
