Late two the party but this is my fourth day of implementing this workout into my life. I’m a big girl and I find this surprisingly easy but it does get my heart rate up and makes me burn calories. So far I’ve done this a few times a day and it helps me get in my steps without going outside and also helps me burn calories easier. I can burn them at work since I work as a porter in a casino but it’s hard when you have to constantly stop and go 💔 grateful these videos exist!
