I guess I feel like many others. I am not sure if you are doing other ventures with your life which I would be happy and proud of you for doing. We all need other ventures in our life. I guess I just don't know what you are doing. I have notice you do a weeks work of videos then disappear for looong periods of time. I guess I just miss you and your workouts is all. There are not many on YT who have your caliber and ability to make you sweat buckets and get in shape…even if it is low-impact!!

What about nutrition? How to know if your eating too much or too little? I have the workout part of healthy living down but nutrition always seems to be my issue

I have always had the resistance to workout because I think exercising costs so much time — the prep, the exercising itself, the cooldown and the cleanup. But I found your indoor power walk sessions so appealing and really takes away a lot of pressure on the thought of spending lots and lots of time. I get to do it whenever I want at home. Thank you Jessica 🙂 I am very motivated by your pep talk "something is better than nothing!"

Hi Jessica, I have been a big fan for years! I just had foot surgery December 18,2017. At my six week check up I got the OK to do very limited, low impact exercising. Low and behold I found your chair workouts! They have been a life saver. It feels so good to do some type of movement! Thank you for being so versatile and thinking of everything! I have started doing one mile low impact walks and I did your Barefoot Fusion over the weekend. However limited I am at this time, I am grateful to have your videos. It is very difficult to feel motivated after surgery or an injury, but finding your chair workouts made a huge difference. Thank you!

I love your workouts! You are so bright, cheery and positive that you DO make it fun! I was only walking outside for exercise before I did some Leslie Sansone walking videos and then someone recommended yours! You have helped me close my exercise activity ring on my Apple Watch! I’m a Weight Watchers member that has lost 73.6 lbs and you are helping me get to my goal that is still over 50 lbs away! 👍😊💜

I was sitting on my porch reading, after devouring a large ice cream cone I didn’t need. Then I got the guilts. I’m so glad I realized this was the perfect time for a one mile Walk and Talk. I feel invigorated and motivated to shake it off and get right back on track. So thanks, Jessica and Peanut, for always being here when I need you👍

I quit smoking 9 months ago, and am really struggling with weight gain, super low self-esteem, and the depression that comes from all of it. These 1 mile walk-and-talks are perfect for the days I just. can't. do. anything. 15 minutes later and I feel sooo much better, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I just tell myself I just have to WALK for 15 minutes. I can always do that, so when it's ALL I can do, I still do it, and feel accomplished. Thanks!

Just what I needed today. Full of cold and was tempted to have a duvet day but didn't want to waste my day. My reasons to work out are so I have lots of get up and go even for the mundane jobs. Grocery shopping here I come before another walk and talk. Thank you for the inspiration Jessica.

Hey Jessica. Just stopping by to say thank you. I had a nasty fall last month and have been in recovery ever since. there were times when I got really bummed out and I did put on some weight but that's okay..Finally at the point where I can do a walk and talk! I'm so proud of myself and so grateful to you for teaching me to really listen to my body and have a balanced view of working out.. Oh and I've said this before but you helped me lose 30 kgs when I was 25. The hardest part of recovery was worrying that I'll put ALL the weight back on but in retrospect I know I'm being silly. There really is no finish line to maintaining a healthy weight is there. But yeah, thanks again.

"What is your Why?" Really great question to keep in mind for focusing in on any goal. Thanks for this series, I'm finding it really helpful when I'm feeling like I'm not up for a regular work-out.

These quick Walk and Talk sessions are a huge help right now during the time of social distancing, working from home, and quarantine/isolation. I'm getting more steps right now than I did while working in my office and look forward to continuing to do these once we're allowed out of our houses again. This, and os many of your other videos, are instrumental in keeping me healthy and moving. Thanks so much!! and Hi, Peanut!! waves

I've just recently discovered your channel and this was exactly what I needed this morning because I did NOT feel like working out. I feel like I need to do it again just so I can write down all those amazing quotes! The biggest revelation I've had this week is that I can continue a healthy habit/a new creative project/a new business endeavor even if I lack the motivation some days and that I'm being way too hard on myself to expect I'll feel motivated EVERY day.

Another way to stay on track is to vary your workouts in length, content (strength, HIIT, cardio) and even source. And just walk outside in the fresh air for a change of pace and scenery.
