1 Mile “Sports-Inspired” Workout by Walk at Home and Taja Wilson – Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone

by YouTube Team

Did you know it’s March Madness in the College Basketball World?

You don’t have to enroll at Gonzaga to feel like an athlete. Feeling healthy and fit is for all of us! Especially after our poor muscles had to adjust to the sedentary / quarantine period of 2020! Muscles were made for MOTION … not “quarantine-living!” Ok let’s get to un-doing the quarantine!

We’ve invited Pittsburgh’s own, D1 Women’s Basketball Player, Taja Wilson, to lead us through a fusion of Walk at Home and Sports Drills! This new 15 minute – 1 Mile workout infuses sports drills into the classic Walk at Home moves … you’ll do Fast Feet / Pivot / Shoot / Shuffle / Rip Through …. oh yeah … if you can WALK … you can do it!
If you have a Basketball … go get it now! No ball? No worries … just follow along!
Ok everybody …. go play like you are Walk at Home’s top recruit!
