Powerlifting is not for everyone… some body types are not Suited for heavy power lifts… a short range of motion is a prerequisite for a powerlifter… and bench pressing for powerlifters Is subdivide the range of motion with a bench press to increase the amount of weight … ie you have the starting weight and you have the lockout weight! People that don't know this don't know how to use a power rack!
Powerlifting is not for everyone…. and being a contortionist is not one of them… it makes you look like a stupid stunt lifter… trying to be one of the boys… It won't do anything to help increase your self-esteem!
