I’ve just started doing one of your 7 minute workouts. I would really like to target my lower stomach. Do you have any exercises that you could recommend to help? Thanks so much and your videos are amazing. I’ve felt so energized and so much better just with the one 7 minute workout. After this 7 days I plan to incorporate another 7 minute leg and then I saw a 3 minute workout that I’ll add as well.

Lucy i need ur help plz… I’ve been doin ur workouts thigh n butt n arm workout so while i was doin it i just hurts ma ankle so now I can’t do the workouts I’m so saad i was so happy to find someone like u on YouTube i really liked ur vids I appreciate ur efforts with us .. ❤️ but the problemis that i can’t continue doin the workouts cause of ma ankle so ma question is .. if I quit doin the workouts will that ruin ma results that i got from ur workouts?
