What kind of coconut oil spray do you use? I have tried a couple, but have yet to find one I really like! I love the astronaut banana pop corn. You’re so creative. I just decided to do #28dayreset but i will still eat diary (kinda cheating but who cares). It is easier for me because I don't eat gluten on daily bases (celiak disease) and I don't drink alkohol (i'm 14). My goal in this challenge is to just feel better <3. lara bars are so good! Thank you for getting me into them! Freeze dried apple is so gooood! Apples and peanut butter bring me back to when I was little and my mom used to feed that to me all the time. So good! I dont like hummus so I got chocolate hummus and ate it with pretzels as a bit of a modification and it was so good. Edamame are so good! I do not like the green shake though, too chunky. Fruit salad is obviously delicious. I used strawberries, blueberries, and black berries. Oatmeal is so good with apple and cinnamon! Super filling and full of fiber! The homemade trailmix I made had pretzels, freeze dried apples, chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered raisins, and peanut butter m and ms. The power popcorn was so good! I did not think I would like it but that is my favorite now!

I would love to do the 28 day reset, but I’m Indian, and my mom makes Indian food for us every night and I love it so much and I can’t give it up for a month lmao! But but BUT 😉 I will still eat these snacks caz they sound SOOO amazing and even if I don’t do the 28 day reset, I can STILL eat more balanced even with my Indian food, so that’s what I am aiming for!! 😀

How much natural sugar should you have in a day?
But the larabar has 17g of sugar. The daily recommendation is 25g so thats not great right? Or is it ok because of the fiber counteracting it?
