Ok team it’s TABATA time! It’s Day 5 of the 7 day Glow Up Challenge!! Today’s TABATA is a quick and intense full body workout but don’t worry, after we power through it we are going to slow things down with a much needed full body stretch. Stretching and taking time for recovery is clutch and many of us, myself included, don’t make enough time for it. So resist the urge to skip the cool down today and show your body some love! Wow! This was definitely up there with your best ever workouts (and I've done a few of them!) – absolutely LOVE the voice-guided full-body stretch for the second half of this session. To be honest, I don't think I could've done much more of the sweaty stuff anyway! Your voice guidance meant that I could concentrate 100% on the stretch movements without needing to crank my neck to see what you're doing on the screen of my computer so please do more of that wherever possible 🥰. I secretly also just love listening to your voice as you talk through each movement but I'm not going to publicly admit that on the Internet! Oh no, too late 😉
Please can you do modifications for those of who can’t do push ups or the plank moves 😕. Had to come up with my own whilst trying to do the workout.

Thought this was light weight women workout. Boy I was wrong.
i usually do 50 minutes full cardio, but this shorter one had me drenched in sweats!! I hates repeats workout but this feels okay. and love the body stretch after that!!

I was surprised by how quickly 40 minutes passed by. The full body stretch at the end was wonderful. My hips and glutes were pretty tight so the stretch was greatly needed. I hope there will be more full body stretches at the end of more workouts. Bring on Day 6!
