It’s here! My new curated 6 week LOW IMPACT WORKOUT PROGRAM! This new workout schedule was created using some of my favourite and most effective low impact workouts from my channel. There are 6 workout sessions included each week which are designed to give you a well balanced weekly routine. No jumping in any of these workouts so your joints and downstairs neighbours will be happy!

Excellent, excellent, thank you Heather! My only modification was during lunge biceps/lunge raise. Since I did a heavier weight for biceps, the second round I did the raise first, then biceps, so each leg got to lunge with a heavy and a lighter weight. So it went right leg heavy biceps, left leg light raise, right leg light raise, left leg heavy biceps.Thank you again!

THANK YOU HEATHER! I have lived off your channel for over a year now, and have done this low-impact program twice already. But after a mountain biking crash left me really banged up last weekend, I was worried about getting back into my workout routine. I just finished this video with no pain (which is more than I can say for getting out of bed in the morning) and I'm feeling so empowered to exercise without compromising my recovery. You rule.

Day 1 of the 6 Week low impact workout program, Hope I can complete it(consistency is my biggest problem- hence, the comment to keep me on track)
Starting weight : 68 kgs
Body fat % : 32.5 %(main concern)
BMI : 25.1
I'll update after 6 weeks, will try not to measure in between.

Dear Heather!
When all the gyms shut down at the beginning of pandemic I was searching for another work out option for staying in shape. I’m a mother of two, 48 years old, a burnt out critical care nurse with a hip injury. My husband had found your workout program on YouTube and that’s how I got into your program. 2 1/2 years later with a combination of yoga, your workouts and some diet modifications I feel as I am at top of my shape. Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but in the general description of the programme, it says “6 different workout sessions per day”, but they mean per week. Maybe someone in Heather’s team wants to correct it.

I really enjoyed this workout. The bell sound definitely helped keep me on track because there are no verbal cues. That's the only thing I didn't entirely like about this workout. I'll be doing it again though!
